Linear recruitment are working with a Regional Housing Contractor that are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a fixed-term contract.
Our Client has a strong focus on the refurbishment side of things and the role will see you working across both external and internal refurbishments to tenanted residential properties, ideally applicants will have experience within refurbishments.
Responsibilities:
- Workload involves assisting with managing streams of work including both external and internal refurbishments to tenanted domestic properties.
- Ensuring Quality of the refurbishments.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager ideally with Social housing refurbishment works.
- Experience with occupied Tenancies.
- Experience adhering to compliance measures.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary packages including Car Allowance.
